Return Process

  Log into your I-Station account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific device you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
